If you have a child on the Autism spectrum, or perhaps with a Developmental Disorder (specified or unspecified), this video may offer help and hope. We've been through every test imaginable, special education for the preschooler, speech therapy, occupational therapy, nutritional supplementation, gluten-free/casein-free diets, biomedical intervention...you name it, we've tried it.
I cannot point to any one thing over the past twelve years that has been "THE" intervention, but after thousands of dollars, millions of tears, and continual prayer, it's time to get back on the wagon and try to help my daughter. Money is low, resistance is high, but the need for healing is great. If there is ANY recovery possible, (and in so many cases there is recovery) I want to do what I can to help her. Is it Sensory Disorder? Aspergers? Heavy metal toxicity? No answer tonight at this crazy hour, but I've been with a friend for a few hours learning more about chelation...
I'll share more as I learn.
Blessings, friends!

We have had our son on a gluten free/casein free diet for about a month now. It is really helping him. Less spaciness, his mind is more clear and he is doing better with school:) We also added a tsp. of Cod liver Oil every other night...
Kefir has worked miracles for his gut and we use Animal Parade vitamins for supplements. Best wishes. It is so challenging and so expensive:)
Praying that you find an answer to your questions & that God will guide you in the path to take.
God bless
Renata

Hi there. I know this is very late but I have not visited for awhile. I do not know your daughter's history but lyme disease came to my mind when reading this post. I know a family that has suffered greatly, been diagnosed with all manner of ailments only to finally find that they have lyme. Every doctor said they did not have it and every test came back negative. They persevered and found a doctor who had experienced it first hand with his own daughter and who determined to find the cause for her symptoms (some days she was unable to remember how to tie her shoes). It was lyme. It masks itself as EVERYTHING under the sun while you struggle to find what is wrong, which is why the treatments don't work. The family I mentioned is now undergoing antibiotic treatment (the only thing that works, I am afraid) and my dear friend says that she feels as though she is coming out of a thick fog. She likens it to peeling an onion and that her mind gets clearer and clearer as each layer is peeled away. Her children were stuggling with (home)school and tasks. They are regaining their alertness. Just a thought and a prayer that you might be encouraged to try this avenue if you have not already. I enjoy your blog! Kim in France
