Anything Else?

"Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted..." Psalm 46:10

So many applications for this verse, but today I find the need to rest in Him as I am overwhelmed with life. Recovering from weeks of family illness, learning to "tweak" expectations of our lifestyle of learning, finding ways to nurture love and tenderness in the home, and the general flurry of activity on the farm. And for humor, today we received a phone call that our 4-H hogs will be delivered Saturday afternoon~right in the middle of my brother's graduation party! I desperately need to find the humor in all of this, but more importantly, to be still...trust God...and enjoy the journey!
